What to expect on your first treatment
Adetailed consultation is always taken at the beginning of your first appointment to assess your current and past health issues.
It is advisable not to wear tight trousers for the reflexology treatments as this may restrict work on the lower leg / calf area. You will only be required to remove your socks / footwear for the treatment and then lie back and relax. For facial treatments please do not wear make-up. The treatments given will be modelled according to each individual person.
Four to six treatments are usually recommended to address any health issue and follow up treatments may also be required. Discounted block treatments are available upon request.
A relaxing one off treatment to help improve circulation and to remove toxins is also recommended.
